It's not just nutrition that gets you results... It's your training too.  You will be taught how to efficiently train using a combination of tried and true exercises that work for your movement patterns, while incorporating different variables to keep you progressing towards your specific goals.  Your workouts will consist of a variety of exercises and methods; all taking into account your health and fitness background.  Fitness Training taken to the next level.

The best way to counteract progress with your workouts in the gym is by not having a good idea of what food and how much of it are going into the body.  There's more to proper nutrition than just eating healthy foods.  In order to accomplish your fitness goals efficiently, you have to consider energy consumption.  Justin Mane Fitness will teach you how to eat in relation to your goals, and how NOT to be afraid of food.  Any and all foods are welcome.

There's more to a successful fitness program than just training and nutrition: you have to consider lifestyle too.  Mental health; including stress management, sleep habits, and activity OUTSIDE of training all play huge factors in how quickly you achieve results, and if left unchecked, can negatively affect everything from your workouts to your diet.  JMF will help you learn and establish habits that will lead to a successful fitness program that you can maintain for a lifetime.  Personal Training is more than just fitness and nutrition - it's everything going on inside your head too.
